The ethos of their food is very simple; where possible they source Scottish produce from local suppliers including sustainable fish, grass fed beef and lamb and local game. Juniper’s aim is to buy from family run businesses within a 30 mile radius and not from multi national companies. They believe in supporting the Scottish food industry and the local economy. Located in Tillicoultry, surrounded by the beautiful Ochil hills and countryside, they are driven by the seasonality and the best of what mother nature provides. This allows them to aspire towards their dream of ultimate quality.
