The independent restaurant is now a rare breed, which makes me, as a restaurateur, even more determined to create something special and unique.
The ethos of our food is very simple. Where possible we source Scottish produce from local suppliers including sustainable fish, grass fed beef and lamb and local game. Our aim is to buy from family run businesses within a 30 mile radius and not from multi national companies. We believe in supporting the Scottish food industry and the local economy. Our location is surrounded by the beautiful Ochil hills and countryside, where we are driven by the seasonality and the best of what mother nature provides. This allows us to aspire towards our endeavour of ultimate quality … This is our heart beat!
